Senior Sales Executive
Satuit Technologies, Inc. is a global leader in cloud-based client relationship management (CRM) and investor portal software for the asset management market that is easy to implement, use, and maintain.
Satuit is currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join its team in Braintree, MA. This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement with most work being done from your home office. Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Sales Executive will work independently to generate and close new business opportunities through prospecting, developing sales campaigns, and bringing new customers on board.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop a plan for meeting and exceeding your annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Work closely with marketing to implement business development initiatives.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their goals.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations about Satuit's software.
  • Negotiate and close deals, including handling complaints or objections.
  • Ensure accurate and timely tracking of prospect details, lead generation and sales funnel activities in SatuitCRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field such as marketing or business.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role where focus has been on “hunting” and securing new business.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Experience and ability to work independently, productively, and effectively in a sales capacity, both on-site and remote.
  • Experience developing and managing a diversified pipeline with multiple leads and opportunities in varying stages.
  • The ability to understand, position and articulate the value and/or compelling benefits of business solutions.
  • Professional and exceptional oral and written communication skills as you will be dealing with customers at the Manager, Director and VP level and collaborating with clients and partners.
  • Intelligent, poised, creative & articulate, with excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, growth mindset and positive attitude.
  • Experience and/or knowledge in FinTech sales or Asset Management a plus!
